How much does it cost?
For standard permanent placements, we charge a flat fee of $10,000+ GST — regardless of the candidate's salary or seniority. For candidates who are 1–2 years out of their apprenticeship, our fee is $5,000+ GST, making it more accessible to bring on emerging talent. For fixed-term contracts, our fee is a negotiated portion of the $10,000, scaled to the length of the contract. You'll always know the exact number upfront before anything moves forward.
Why flat-fee instead of percentage-based?
Traditional agencies charge a percentage of the candidate's salary — meaning the more senior or highly-paid the role, the more you pay. Our flat-fee model keeps your costs predictable, whether you're bringing on a recently-qualified tradesperson or a senior technician.
Do you place recently-qualified mechanics, not just experienced ones?
Yes — we specifically work with candidates 1–2 years post-apprenticeship at a reduced $5,000+ GST fee, so workshops can access emerging talent without the cost of a senior-level placement.
